It all started in 2002/3 when my Godmother introduced me to a Spiritual Healing course. From there, I went on to Holistic therapy, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage at Strode college Somerset, which I very much enjoyed.
I went on to practise my skills at the Partnerships for Older People Project, which was led by Somerset County Council and with Age Concern Somerset. I also had corporate clients in Bristol. I treated private clients at pamper parties and home visits before eventually renting a space.
I relocated to Southampton where I became a volunteer at the Macmillan Centre in Southampton General Hospital and gave treatment to Cancer patients and their carers. As with all my therapy work, paid or voluntary, I found this extremely rewarding.
In 2014, I decided to go back to college (Eastleigh) to study Level 3 sports therapy. I then opened my own physiotherapy clinic which is now located in Southampton.
I love cycling, photography, cooking and growing my own produce.
